Our Ally in Wellness initiative is a simple way to designate yourself as a supporter of our mission to normalize and invite conversations about physician wellness.

You may have noticed providers wearing badge pins with our logo. We make these pins available for anyone who would like to identify as an ally in wellness.

Wearing the pin does not necessarily mean that you have been a patient in our office, but rather, that you are a safe person with whom to discuss concerns related to burnout, stress, imposter syndrome, or general mental health.

Wearing the pin suggests that you can help connect folks with the support they need - whether it is an understanding colleague, or information on how to get in touch with us.
