No. We do not share any information with anyone. The only exception to this would be in the case of identified impairment, as discussed here. We take precautions not to be involved in evaluative roles with resident or fellows that we treat.

If there is a circumstance where you feel that it would be in your benefit for us to share information with your employer or training program, we would only do so with an appropriate signed release of information, which you can revoke at any time.
