Under most circumstances, we are happy to offer telehealth visits. Because of licensing laws, you as the patient must be present in the state of Ohio during your telehealth visit.

 

The "gold-standard" is to use audio + video software, so we have chosen to employ this technology using a platform (doxy.me) that is not affiliated with any electronic health record system. Your provider can walk you through how to access their virtual waiting room. Each provider has their own unique link that remains the same for every visit. Therefore, we recommend you bookmark your provider's link so you can easily find it for follow-up appointments.

 

In cases where you are unable to use video technology, a phone session can be offered, with the understanding that this is not the highest standard of care.
